Shipping:

All works purchased online are subject to availability.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days. Orders are subject to a variable postage charge on all deliveries outside mainland UK. We reserve the right to change our postage at any time. All our prints are sent on a priority service. Books are sent by 1st class post unless otherwise specified. Please visit the order pages to view our current shipping charges.

Returns:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by telephone or email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. You have the right to return any goods bought online through sarah-janeszikora.com within 7 days of receiving the goods. On returning goods, the postage fee will be your responsibility. Options upon return include: replacing damaged work (in the case of multiple editions being available), credit towards another purchase or a full refund.

Damages:

Once the delivery has been signed for it is the sole responsibility of the client. Please thoroughly check all deliveries on arrival as you will be held liable for any damages after signing for the delivery. In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of the good being received.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be applicable where sarah-janeszikora.com is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. All refunds will be made within 30 days of the goods being returned and will be given strictly at the discretion of sarah-janeszikora.com. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

sarah-janeszikora.com reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.

Payment:

Title of goods remains with sarah-janeszikora.com until payment has been made in full.

Your credit card details are not stored by sarah-janeszikora.com. Card details are securely delivered directly to our bank account via secure payment systems.

All payments are taken in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank. Alternatively, you may visit an online currency converter (e.g. www.oanda.com/converter/classic). However, please bear in mind that sarah-janeszikora.com cannot take responsibility for any inaccuracies in any information provided by any external website. We will correct any mistakes in bills, payments or receipts within 30 days.

Where payment terms are agreed, all payments are due within 30 days of invoice date.
